三、结算触发规则
满足以下任一条件，即 立即停止参与并进入结算（任一先达即触发）：

条件 B：所有有效参与 USDT 金额合计，
达到 主流交易所公开现货市场中位价格的 1 BTC 等值
（以 Binance 等主流交易所为主要参考来源）。

Settlement begins immediately when either condition is met

The price reference is determined at the
